Because the events in maracaibo , in which there are three situations alarming, among which are, (no explanation):
1 .- The "Leaders" FCU carabobo of students withdrew from medical school without asking if they wanted to be there or not. Fact which brought destabilization of the student movement.
2 .- Suppression of the Dictatorial Government officials: CICPC , Police of maracaibo, DIN , among others.
3 .- The same students think they can not make decisions themselves.
Regional will call a meeting and then one or more national (by Region) order to establish and study the next step to carry out the resistance and mass, while group activities, or employment is planned ..
