why should remember the words of A. Hirschman (1971) theories about the perverse effect, which are those that argue that it is necessary to give any project of social change, as attempts to improve the lot of society will always produce, inevitably, some outcomes contrary to the desired. I say should bear in mind not to give up the struggle to improve reality, although this is done from a most particular view, fearing unwanted effects occur. And right now renewed the fight to conquer the story ... those will be fought, ultimately, with antidotes that for this particular moment they deem appropriate and necessary.
